A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on September 11, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, 60 children were in care with 10 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during handwashing, finger painting, circle time, bottle feeding, toy play, centers, and engaged in group activities. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Repeat Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
