The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in response to a self-reported incident that the Department received on July 11, 2019 regarding inappropriate behavior guidance. The inspector was on site at the center from 10:02am to 11:05am. Interviews with staff were completed, video footage was viewed, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
