This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and concluded on September 14, 2020. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 11 children present and 3 staff. A licensing inspection was conducred on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulation that are not covered in licensing standars are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
