Comments:
The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed a monitoring inspection on 10/17/2022. The inspector was on site from 10:00am until 12:30pm.
There were fifty-six children under the care of eight staff. The ages of the children ranged from nine weeks to four years old. The children were observed during classroom free play. Five children?s record and three staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure all hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, be kept in a locked place.
Evidence: Cleaning materials were noticed in every classroom unlocked. The hallway closet that houses the cleaning materials was also unlock providing access to all ages.
Plan of Correction:
All chemicals will be locked away immediately.
