Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 3 (7pts) with Provider and assistant was onsite when the inspector arrived. The children were napping when the inspector arrived. Bathroom and hand washing procedures were observed. A total of 3 records were reviewed, no new staff from the March inspection and all background checks remain current. No medication on site. The provider was observed responding to the children when they woke up and encouraged them to continue to sleep. Home was decorated for the holiday throughout. Thank you for your cooperation today.
