Discussed with Administration: The required annual 3 hour course for training has been updated on the website to the 2024 course. All staff should complete this course within 30 days.
Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 04/22/24. There were 33 children present with 8 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a review of records, one staff records did not contain documentation of completion of the required, annual 3 hour health and safety update training, Evidence: Staff A's record had no documentation of completing the required 3 hour course for 2022 or 2033.
Plan of Correction:
All staff will complete the course within the next 30 days.
