An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/28/23 from 8:31 to 9:22 with the provider. There were seven children in care, ranging in age from twelve months to five-years-old, for a total of 13 points. Children were observed playing with a floor puzzle. Four child records and two staff records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
