An unannounced non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was completed on 12/02/2019 from 11:15 A.M.-1:0 P.M. The purpose of the inspection was for determining compliance to previous violations. There were 69 children attendance with sixteen staff, and two administrators present. The records for three staff, two children, over the counter medication documentation, classroom observations and required posted information were reviewed. The children were observed during gross motor time in the gym, playing with balls, behavioral guidance, transition from the gym back to the classrooms, infant feeding, diapering, lunchtime, and handwashing. There were no violations noted during the inspection.
