An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 12/17/2019 from 1:55 P.M.-3:45 P.M. The purpose of the inspection was to investigate a self-report alleged incident that occurred at the center on 12/4/2019. Three staff were interviewed, one children record, one injury report, and documentation regarding behavioral issues were reviewed. There were no violations found during the inspection.
