A monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/27/2022. 8 children (29pts) were in attendance with the 3 caregivers. The physical space, 2 children's records, Provider/household member/caregiver documents, posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed during rest time. Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
