A renewal inspection was conducted on 11/13/2023. 8 children (23pts) were in attendance with 3 caregivers. The physical space, 3 children's records, Provider/household member documents, attendance, evacuation drills, emergency preparedness documents and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the caregivers and resting. Age appropriate materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
