11/08/2019 Arrived 10:30am Departed 1:00am An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. Six children were in care for a total of 11 points with one caregiver. The children were playing with toys. Five children's files and two staff files were reviewed.

Based on a review of medication the facility failed to ensure that all medications are locked. Evidence: 1. An emergency medication is in an upper kitchen cabinet that is not locked.
