An unannounced investigation was conducted 09/19/2019 and 09/26/2019 in response to a complaint regarding care of children. During the investigation staff were interviewed, children and staff files were reviewed and the locker room, pool area, gang bathrooms and the main child care areas were observed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations. Therefore this complaint has been determined invalid. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
