Comments:
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:50pm-4:10pm. There were a total of 15 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed entering the facility and during a restroom break. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Based on record review, staff who work directly with children have not completed the health and safety update trainings.
Evidence: Staff C did not complete the health and safety update training for 2022 and 2023.
