This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and document review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 30, 2021 and concluded on December 1, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were seven children present for a total of for a total of 14 points, ranging in ages from 2 to 4 years of age, with one caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and one caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
