The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 between 11:44 am to 1:30 pm to determine the center's compliance with licensing standards. During this inspection, the children in care were observed by the licensing inspector in the various classroom settings. The census for today's inspection consisted of 47 children with 10 staff present including administrative staff. The licensing inspector completed observations of the children in care completing a variety of activities to include participating in various arts and craft activities, working in centers, dancing to interactive music, engaged in group activity, completing bathroom breaks/handwashing,transitioning into lunch, and eating lunch. The children's lunch today consisted of chicken asian bowl, broccoli, diced peaches, whole grain bread, and milk. The center's bathrooms, three designated classrooms, indoor areas were inspected by the licensing inspector. The required posting were reviewed by the inspector. There were five children?s records and reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There are multiple staff with current MAT, and Daily Health Observation training on site. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.
