Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted 01/11/2024. There were a total of 5 children (12 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: napping. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a review of 5 child records, the provider did not ensure a child's record contained all of the required information. Evidence: Child #1 had an annual update dated 4/7/2021. Child #2 had an annual update dated 7/26/2022.
Plan of Correction:
I will have the mom sign it tonight.
