A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/17/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children, ages 5 months-4 years, and 5 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 5 staff records the inspection. The staff stated that medication is not administered at this time. Children were observed in the following activities: during center/free choice play, having lunch and during nap. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed the following with the staff: subsidy and background checks. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
