An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on August 5, 2019 from approximately 1:30p.m. to 3:00p.m. Two children, three years old, were in care, for a total of four points, with one caregiver. The caregiver and children were observed in the indoor space engaged in activities to include nap time. Interviews and interactions were conducted and no children are currently on medications. Five children?s records, two caregiver records and one household member's record were reviewed. The Provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed.
