A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/3/2020 from 10:10am to 12:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The were no children in care upon the inspector?s arrival. An interview was held with the caregiver throughout the inspection.
The provider does not administer medication.
The provider does not provide transportation.
The provider does not have a pet.
Five children?s records, and two caregiver records were reviewed during the inspection.

Last shelter-in-place drill: 06/14/2019
Last lockdown drill: 10/16/2019
The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.
