A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on April 6, 2023 from 10:30 am to approximately 1:15 pm. There were a total of 2 children present with 1 caregiver. During the inspection, the children and caregiver were observed participating in a variety of activities. The provider was observed having positive interactions with the children. All areas of the provider home, including: play areas, kitchen, hallways, playground, and bathroom were inspected.
Medication is not administered. The provider home is equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children. During the inspection, three children?s records and 2 provider records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
