A Subsidy Health & Safety inspection was conducted today, October 18, 2019 to determine compliance with the supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection was initiated at 3:30pm and concluded at approximately 5:00pm. All subsidy requirements were reviewed and compliance determined. Administrative records, all areas in the center used by children, and common areas were inspected.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
