An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 12/4/19 from 2:55pm until 3:45pm. At the time of entrance, there were 7 children in care, for a total of 15 points, with the provider. A sample of 5 children's records and 3 provider/household member/assistant records were reviewed. Children were observed arriving to the family day home from school, engaging in free play and eating snack. Restroom and hand washing procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and required family day home postings were reviewed. The provider stated that no medications are being administered and there have been no injuries since the last inspection. No violations were identified during today's inspection.
