A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/18/19 from 9:50am until 10:30am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, there were no children in care. A sample of 3 children's records and 3 provider/household member/assistant records were reviewed. The provider stated there are currently no medications being administered to children in care and there have been no reported injuries since the last inspection. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and required family day home postings were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
