Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on May 7, 2024. There were five children present with the provider/caregiver supervising. A renewal inspection was also conducted on this date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review and interview the provider failed to ensure that lockdown procedures are practiced at least annually. Evidence: 1 - There was not any documentation that lockdown procedures were practiced during the past year. 2 - The provider confirmed that she did not have documentation that lockdown procedures were practiced during the past year.
