11/16/23 Arrived 11:40am Departed 1:00pm An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 10 children (ages 3-5yrs) present with two teachers. Three child records and two staff records were reviewed. The children were playing outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me if I may be of service.
Based on observation during outdoor time, the facility failed to ensure that all areas operate in a safe condition. Evidence: 1. Landscape fabric is exposed in multiple areas on the playground. This presents a tripping hazard.
