A code compliance inspection was initiated on August 23, 2021 and concluded on August 26, 2021. The director person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 15 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 4, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 4 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
