Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on April 30, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 9:50 a.m. through 10:35.a.m. Upon arrival, there were 17 children, ages from 3 through 5 with 3 staff supervising. Five children records and five staff records were reviewed.
Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Please complete your plan of correction and return to the licensing inspector within 5 business days.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
