A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/04/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 12:00 pm. There were 10 children in care for a total of 28 points with three caregivers. The children were observed playing with toys and watching cartoons. Three caregiver?s records and six children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
