An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with provider and assistant on December 11, 2019 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were six children present, ranging in age from 1 year to three years, totaling 16 points. The children were playing with age appropriate toys and preparing to go pick up the older children from school. The provider does not administer medication. Three children's files and two provider files were reviewed and are in compliance.
