An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, November 08, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at 9:58am and concluded at approximately 11:00am. Today approximately twenty-two children were in attendance being supervised by five staff with the correct child/staff ratio in each classroom. Administrative records (including five staff and five children?s records), children's classrooms, restrooms, chapel, fellowship hall, and common areas were inspected.
