Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed CPS requirements with the provider.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10am-11:15am. There were 5 children (15 points) under the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s files, 2 caregivers' records and 2 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing in the backyard, washing hands, eating, playing with blocks and drinking milk. The family day home has received new carpet and new paint in the main child care area since the last visit.. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Based on observation, the provider did not review the emergency plan at least annually.
