Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/19/2023 from 2:10pm to 4:18pm. There were 30 (4 months to School-Age) directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed napping and waking up from naps, participating in group and individual activities, and interacting with staff. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
