Comments:
A unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director and staff. 88 children were in care with an age range of five months to five years old. Children were observed during free play and working in groups. Six children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Based on review of five staff records not all staff had a completed fingerprint background check before they started work. Evidence: Staff A started working in the building on 11/19/19 and the completed fingerprint check was dated 12/12/19.
Plan of Correction:
Staff will have fingerprinting results in their files prior to their 1st day of work.
