Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:00am-12:30 pm. There were a total of 32 children with five supervising staff members present. Children were observed during story time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Based on record review, each staff member did not submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening at the time of employment. Evidence: 1. Staff #1's record (Date of hire-08/01/2022) had documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening dated 08/24/2022. This date is after the time of employment.
