Comments:
An unannounced complaint visit was conducted today from 9:50-11:30. Eight children were in care for twenty three points. Upon arrival, the provider was over allowed points for thirty minutes, until the assistant arrived. The preponderance of evidence supported the allegation and the complaint is founded. A mandated inspection was also conducted. Observed children in free play, transitioning from breakfast (waffles and milk), coloring, dancing to music and free play. Reviewed three children's records, the assistant's record and emergency preparation (training and drills). Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me. Thank you Ann Dramstad Licensing Inspector 703-314-0860 ann.dramstad@dss.virginia.gov
