This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection related to the Provisional License was initiated on February 2, 2021 and concluded on February 3, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child present and 1 provider. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and the background checks for 1 provider record and 2 household member records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The inspection also included a virtual portion related to items reviewed during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
