A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 15, 2021 and concluded on November 17, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 16 months to age 3 with 1 provider supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
