This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A modification inspection was initiated on August 27, 2020 and concluded on August 27, 2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection in response to a license modification request to change the age range of children being cared for. There were zero children present and one staff. The Inspector reviewed zero children?s records and one staff record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The Inspector reviewed furnishings and supplies for the requested age range.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
