A subsidy health and safety inspection were conducted on 07/02/2024. There were two children, ages 2 years, totaling 4 points, and one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and
equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of two children?s record, one caregiver, and one household member record were reviewed. The children were observed during self-directed activities. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:15 am and departed at 12:00 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
