This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 12, 2021 and concluded on March 17, 2021. The designated person in charge was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 22 children and 4 staff operating virtually. The center is closed due to a health pandemic. There were 25 children and 4 staff present on the last in person operating day, March 13, 2020. The inspector emailed the designated person in charge a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 3 staff records and the background checks of 5 individuals submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
