Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 2/12/24 from 10:30am until 11:55. There were 12 children and 5 staff present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 staff records and board officer records were reviewed at the main office and 5 children?s records were reviewed on site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the applicant did not have an agent's repeat fingerprint check completed. Evidence: Board officer #1 last fingerprint check was completed 1/23/2019. Fingerprints checks are to be completed every five years.
Plan of Correction:
The board member completed the fingerprint process but the results have not been received yet. The letter will be sent to the inspector once it is received.
