Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:40pm-3:30pm. There were 10 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 2 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed, singing, playing and being picked up by parents. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the lead teacher. Based on record review, the center did not provide the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
