Technical Assistance:
1. Violations cited are expected to be corrected and not become repetitive. When violations go uncorrected and become a systemic deficiency it could negatively impact the license to operate.
Comments:
Conducted an unannounced renewal inspection at 4:30pm. Observed 18 children with 4 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed having outdoor active play during the inspection. The program areas were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
