Comments: A complaint investigation was conducted with the director on 2/26/2024. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted and observations were made throughout the center. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
