A monitoring inspection was conducted on Monday, August 8, 2022 at the program. During the inspection, there were 20 children and 6 staff were present including administrative staff. The children were observed eating lunch, preparing for napping, and participating in various activities in designated classrooms . The sample size was 5 staff records.
Based on review of documentation and interview, the provider did not ensure all written statements were provided to the parents or guardians of the children in the center.
Evidence: During the inspection on 08/09/22, there was no written documentation found for public liability insurance. Interview with provider confirm this written documentation was not available for review during the inspection.
