Comments:
An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today at 11:15am in response to a complaint received by the Fairfax Licensing Office in regard to failure to comply with 22VAC40-705-40 of the state code of Virginia.
During the investigation interviews were conducted with parents and caregivers, 3 caregiver records and 5 children?s records were reviewed in addition to required trainings, medication, and emergency policies and procedures.
Children were observed watching television and eating a lunch consisting of beef and tomato pasta, green beans, pears, and milk.
There was not a preponderance of the evidence to confirm the validity of the complaint and it is deemed ?not valid?.
