Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed with provider training opportunities, Medication Administration Training, hand-washing, and stationary equipment.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:25 am through 1:45 pm with the provider on site. There were 10 children (29 points) with 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children's files, 2 caregiver files, and 4 household member's files were reviewed. The menu, attendance records, evacuation drills, the emergency plan, and first aid kit were also reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, movie time, diapering, hand washing, lunch, naptime and other organized activities. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. Evidence: 1. The last documented review of the emergency plan was dated 4/13/2015. 2. Caregiver reported that the plan had not been reviewed annually.
