An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 28, 2019 from 10:00am-11:00am. Upon arrival to the facility. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities. 22 Staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, background checks, nutrition, physical plant, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection.
