Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on September 17, 2019 from 10:50 a.m. through 1:05 p.m. There were seventy-five children's in the care of thirteen staff in six classrooms. No medication is being administered at this time. Seven children's records were reviewed. Eleven staff records were reviewed and updated.
Areas observed were: outside play, hand washing/bathroom diapering procedures,infant feeding, infant nap, story-time and books, free choice activities, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
